About The Workout
Johnatron, Pozibelle and Baron von Luxxury are three kids from San FranDisco. We run this blog and we do a DJ night, also called The Workout (aka "Disco Workout") every 4th Thursday at House of Shields, 39 New Montgomery nr. Market in S.F.

The new layout is uptight, outtasite, heavy, I can dig it ,far out, and stuff I can’t remember. Too much time on “old” Montgomery St.
